I unfortunately booked at the StarMetro Hotel through my travel agent and arrived at the hotel on the 31st of Dec 2011. The reception staff refused to accept my confirmed booking (made on the agents booking system with my credit card) , I had booked two room for the family and ended up having to book a room for three time my original rate !! the service was terrible, reception staff were dishonest and after paying for a suite I did not even have soap and shampoo in the second bathroom.
This is a property managed by unprofessional and dishonest staff, I recommend that none of my fellow TA members share my fate :(
