Upon arrival I was disappointed at the lobby. It is small and not at the level of a 4 star hotel.The lift was small and slow. Reception was efficient but not at all friendly.

However, I was very pleased with my one-bedroom appartment - tons of space, two bathrooms, two TVs, full kitchen. It was not luxurious but it had everything that one could possibly need. I loved that I could open the windows having just stayed at a Hilton where the windows were sealed. The location was great - walking distance to the grocery store and to the metro. The metro is such a great way to get around.

I bought some roses at the grocery store and they made my appartment luxurious.Overall I was very pleased with my choice and enjoyed my weekend in Dubai.

This place becomes my second home. I am very regular traveller to Dubai to Business and its nearly 2 years I am staying with this apartments.
Apartments are very cleans, species and good lit up. The service from the staff is second to none and they are always willing to help and try to please us the guests.

Cheap and highly recommended if you want to explore dubai, be close to the old downtown of deira and the metro station and you don't mind to miss the view (it's a normal apartment building afterall) or the spa or whatever.. the apartments are huge, clean, contemporary furnished, with everything you need to rest and - eventually - have your meals in there. the staff is friendly and warm and dubai is few steps away from your door.
The only fault? they dont have a free wireless.

Service was excellent and staff were very friendly. All of our requests were met promptly. We had an apartment which was excellent. The room was large, clean and well kept. Beds very comfortable. Its in a good location and the wifi works well. Its good value and would recommend.
