We booked this Villa as it was close to the beach and much cheaper than booking one of the hotels in peak season Oct. There are three villa's in this complex and you can hire a whole villa or in our case just a room. The rooms are modern clean and tastefully decorated (marble and tile inside with hardwood furniture). They are a good size with massive king size bed and flat screen tv and fridge with mini bar. The villa is very secure with key cards for your room and the air con is quiet but nice and cool (which you will need in Dubai). There is a phone in the lobby that we had friends from New Zealand call so we could stay in touch. Breakfast is good and can be arranged for when ever you are ready. But what really makes the difference is the people our host Marie was fantastic and would recommend places to see eat and also helped with arranging taxis. There really wasn't anything more she could have done for us. I needed a shirt ironed for dinner and this was no problem for her even though I asked just before we went out. I was proposing to my girlfriend at dinner that night and after the taxis failed to turn up on time she offered to take us in her personal car. Marie made our engagement and holiday a very happy and memorable one. The location is great close to the Burj, Wild Wadi and beach.
