WHen travelling with children we prefer to stay in hotel apartments.

Nuran Greens have the service of a hotel, with daily cleaning and fresh bedsheets, but the comfort of an apartment.

There are different apartment sizes to choose from, this time we had two one bedroom apartments and one two bedroom apartment. We were 3 families travelling together, and they accomodated our wish to stay on the same floor and close to each other.

The apartments have all the basics you need, including washing machine and pots and pans.

The place is clean and well furnished, but it has been around for a whilde so it is not the most modern place in Dubai anymore. It is still nice and classy though, and makes a good impression.

Outdoor swimming pool that is well maintained, playground for smaller children, gym, indoor parking and coffee shops and grocery store within walking distance is a big plus.

Nuran Greens offers good value for money, which is why we have been back 3 years in a row.

Our room was comfortable but permanently damp. When our room was serviced, the sheets felt damp by bedtime. Air conditioning was permanently on so not sure what was up with that?
The toilet didn't flush properly, was never sorted. The washing machine leaked all over the floor evertime it was used, was never sorted. The restaurant was good for breakfast but relatively expensive in a city of excellent cheap food. The pool was beautiful in the late summer heat but too chlorinated for my taste. Gym airconditioning was ratsh*t, made it unusable. Staff were polite and professional (on a personal note, I know they get treated like slaves by the management and are leaving in droves [IF they can get their passports back!] I felt so sorry for them)

Not a bad choice for a long stay, but It is old fashioned and there aré many new options to choose. Clean and confortables appartments but very limited service. I prefer a hotel appartment better.

Stayed here during a business trip, with the family with 3 young kids traveling with me. The apartments are smaller than the ones we were used to in Dubai (Stayed before in Oasis and Marriott Marina), but still very decent in size. Apartments were clean, furniture was good. Bed was a bit small for me. Full Kitchen includes a dish washer.
Location is in a quiet residential area. The short rental apartments are part of a larger complex with normal residential apartments. You need a car (or use taxi's) to get anywhere. Getting a taxi there was never a problem. Closest supermarket is at about 15 minutes walking.
The facilities on side are great and well maintained. All facilities are in an enclosed area, so you easily can leave your kids there play alone. Attached you will find two pictures, made from my balcony, of these facilities. Facilities including: play garden for the kids, basketball area and a decent swimming pool.
In general staff is very friendly. Don't expect the number of staff available as in most places in Dubai. Staff is limited but remarkable efficient for the number of staff. This of course helps to keep the price low

Negative items: The free internet is really slow. The breakfast service is very poor, you better prepare your own.

Conclusion: A perfect price/quality apartment, giving you the right service for the price you pay
