“One of the best hotels in Isfahan”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 September 2011

I spent only one night in that hotel, it's elegant in European Style with a very distinguished modern style of decoration. The room is large with 2 separated single beds with cotton bed sheets and beautiful covers. Bathroom is big and so clean. A cable TV is available but as most of the hotels in Iran you find only news channels, in English, German, French and Arabic in addition to few local channels. Breakfast is great with varieties of food, vegetables and fruits. It's about half an hour by taxi to Naghshaband Square where you can enjoy its legendary atmosphere after a busy working day. Nearby the hotel, there is a beautiful shopping mall where you can buy high quality garments, bags, accessories and many other things at considerable prices. It's a shopping heaven for the ladies. I spent only one night and the whole next day and really enjoyed my stay in hotel and the beautiful city.

“Better than Tehran”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 August 2011

What I am suprised is Esfahan is much more pleasent city than Tehran. Th city itself has a soul and people seems more relaxed and happy here. Kowsar is in the center right in front of the wadi where there is a historic bridge on it. It is centerally located thus you may walk anywher you want. The rooms are clean, with all international amenities, but like elsewhere in Iran the hotel and rooms are abit dated. There is also an open pool on backside, where there is always a private dinner or wedding on summer nights. On thing is that they ask USD5 per hour for Wi-fi.

“Spotless and roomy but inconsistent service”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 November 2010

Front desk staff polite and helpful but restaurant staff did not really understand the concept of customer service. Waiters required repeated requests to take orders. Coffee shop was better and served real ground coffee.

Food was ok but the business centre made several mistakes regarding internet charges. Internet access is via a prepaid card and is more expensive than elsewhere in Iran at $5 per hour.

As with other hotels the chance of air con working is minimal.

“Perfectly Adequate”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 November 2010

This hotel is situated by the river in the southern part of the beautiful city of Isfahan. It is locally rated as 5 star but it would not meet Western 5 star standards. The rooms are large. The service is OK. The food is bland. There is no pool. Lots of little things dont work - what do you expect in the Middle East? However, you can easily walk over the 33 arches bridge into the city or walk along the riverside.

“Excellent hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 May 2010

Indeed , Esfahan was the best city that I visited in Iran : Magic , brightful , envolvong.
I found this hotel at lonely planet guide book and decided to check it out.
There was no need of reservation and they gave me a room at a higher floor with a stunning view to Si-o-Se bridge , the park , the dry river and the mountains that surround the city. I considered the room excellent , and confortable.
The breakfast was quite good , not so complete as in Turkiye , but well done.
At the back of the hotel there is a beautiful garden.
The lobby has a exquisite decoration , tipically persian.
The internet cafe was overpriced , in my oppinion.
I couldnt see other hotels , but believe it is the best option , and certainly would stay there again.
