Plastic-looking fake period furniture is in questionable taste, but attentive and friendly staff make this a great little hotel. Comfortable rooms and beds, proper coffee-making machines and good room service. Parking, always a big problem in Jeddah, handled well with front of hotel and basement parking. Powerful and quiet air-conditioning, very important in this part of the world.

Average business hotel, a little on the quiet side with little life or atmosphere. My single room booking was not available so I was upgraded to the Diplomatic Suite. This was quite nice despite the rather chinsey décor. Cant fault the bed, Kingsize and very comfortable, the AC was quiet too which makes a change. That said I was paying a single room price and doubt I would have been that impressed with the suite if I had paid full price. A plug I was using fell out of the wall which was not a great thing for the best room in the hotel. There were 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, master bed with on suite and a second bedroom with 2 singles and a large kitchen. This would have been good for entertaining guests. The pool and gym are OK, nothing special and there is a lack of weights. The Jacuzzi and Sauna are very old and not at all appealing for a relaxing time. The changing rooms are clean enough however the staff at the pool are not exactly welcoming and there is no music or anyone else there so it feels a little eerie. Overall most of what you need but with no atmosphere. I prefer the Le Meridian adjacent.

Simply, it is an officially ranked as 3 star hotel by the authorities (you can see that on the right side wall behined receiption). Service is really horrible. Room fixtures is 4 star at best and the bathroom is an ideal example of shame. Don't believe thier website or booking who says it's 5 star. Service is horrible; housekeeping is the worst in class (our trash left uncleaned). If you are comfortable to pay 5 star price for 3 star, this might be your choice. Otherwise, avoid being cheated and pay your money in some better choices in town.

An average business hotel with all the necessary requirements including a nice pool and good breakfast buffet. A good central location for business but nothing much in walking distance apart from a seedy shopping mall. The more upmarket Le meridian is a five minute walk away and that has its own machine gun nest in the front to protect it. Apparently the raddisson doesn't require such protection.
The rooms were noisy as the marble floor means you hear everybody clacking their way down the corridor all night
