the hotel location and the view are perfect, the only drawback was the construction work that's been done around the hotel, the good thing is it's just for limited time "i hope". the hotel rooms are not sound proof i mean i can hear the other room's TV and i can smell the other rooms food, other thing the alarm went on two times which is good to know it works but i was looking for relaxation , the room was called the Louloua Room with the view of part sea/city which was very nice , the room was huge and had everything including a jacuzzi a steam shower, which i think was cool , and the services was very good and the food was good pricey but good. for me the hotel is perfect i do recommended it

I stayed in this hotel for my second annivarsary in Amwaj Room with a special package for honeymooners. They hotel is new and ooms are of high quality and Amwaj room has a wide sea view. The cake included in the package is of low quality so I don't recommend it. Reception staff attitude is arrogant as they will not treat you well if you don't look to be rich even if you're paying for yourstay! Other staff are OK. Bathroom is nice and equipped with a Jacuzzi and LCD TV.
Room is equipped with 2 LCD TVs and excellent sound system and DVD too.

I spent around 10 weekends in this gourgues hotel .

This is the Best Hotel in Jeddah , Saudi Arabia . As a Person Who Lives in Jeddah and Stayed at Most of Jeddah Hotels for a 1 Day or 2 Day Vacation . it is a Paradise as Well as My Usual Every Week Brunch And/Or Dinner in The Hotel .

The Staff is Well Trained , Except for The Reception Staff.
Phone Calls Are Not answered Promptly and the Reception Area is Very Small for Full House Hotel , Just 3 Reception Desks . No Waiting Seats .

The Rooms Are Exceptional , Specially the Suites . The View is to Die For ( Metaphorically of course ) , The Sent of the Air is Very Clean , it is Luxurious and Romantic at the Highest Regard.
