At first the spacious and tidy lobby gives you the impression that the stay will be great. However despite getting one of the best rooms (105) the stay was still far from medium. First of all the AC was not working well. The room was very hot. The TV channels were either grainy or not tuning at all and I had unexpected crawling visitors. I had to kill 3 cockroaches and an inumerable number of ants during my 3 day stay. I called housekeeping I was given a bug spray and was told I had to spray myself when they showed up. Room service is really nil to medium. Whenever I'd order an item from the menu, the room service personnel would not recognise it. The room service menu that I was given is nothing like what they actually serve.
The printer in the business centre did not work, and when I used my USB stick on one of the computer I was hit with a virus.
Oh and finally my room was not cleaned for 48 hours. I had to remind them myself to clean it.
On the other hand, breakfast and room service food was edible and sometimes nice. Service is quick. Complimentary wireless internet was good.
I made a booking on booking.com and initially the webpage was showing that breakfast was included. When I paid online and issued the voucher, breakfast became excluded, but I did not notice this, thinking that it was included all along and from the very beginning when I browsed the hotel at first. The staff at the hotel were kind enough to offer a free breakfast. They said it was not their fault but still agreed to make up for the booking.com system error.
