stayed recently on business trip.
First the good -
great location. looks great from the outside. rooms were tidy for the most part although a bit old. Food from attached restaurant was OK, although not great. Concierge was very helpful with the few requests placed.
Now the bad -
Rooms are tiny for the kind of price they charge. The aircon spreads funky smell when turned on (mold?) . It is simply outrageous. Front desk / room service - both need 1000% overhaul. Internet service in the room (hard wired) was very finicky. When it didn't connect, repeated calls to service desk seem to go into a black-hole. Room cleaning service does a terrible job of replenishing bathroom supplies and complimentary snacks/fruits in the room. During checkout, the front desk did not even bother to ask how my stay was, although I stayed there for a week. Tells you something - doesn't it?
Will certainly not recommend for business travelers on a travel budget, but pretty much all business hotels are like this or much worse in town. So may not have much choice after all :(
