“worst hotel in luang prabang”

my wife and i are just getting over possibly the worst hotel that i have ever stayed in , i had booked 5 nights at the le parasol blanc hotel in luang prabang,this hotel is situated on a dirt road , surrounded by a local village ,and as the hotel points out have your meals on our floating restaurant, possibly the worst braekfast ever and the mossies just as bad as the food, the staff never smiled,at most times were unhelpfull, there were workers starting at 6amin the room next door, ther english was so bad sign language was the next best, the managerrefused to arrange airport transferssaying the bus was elsewhere, in the end we urgently arranged a tuk tuk, talk about faulty towers.

I stayed 5 nights at Parasol Balanc and that was a pure pleasure.
The rooms are large with balcony, nicely decorated, very clean, and overlooking to pond which is full of lotus flowers The staff is extremely pleasant, helpful and very polite. There is local music and dancing every night, subdued and pleasant. Buffet braekfast
is good, lunch and dinner menu good but somewhat limited.
For the money it is one of the best in Luang Prabang.
