i stayed for a week in Regent Plaza, I found this hotel is very economical, services are good and employess are very friendly, they upgrated me to a their newly renovated rooms they were clean and modern. location is very good access to all intresting locations, building design is very impressive.
u must go there to make ur trip comfertable.

Anything positive written about this hotel is surely a lie. The rooms are unclean, the plumbing in the washroom clogs constantly, the showers, when working, are cold, and the place has this musty/mouldy smell that makes me wonder if the place is infested. Mosquitos are everywhere, cockroaches roam the walls of the breakfast buffet and the service, when they finally do respond, are surly and generally out to look for tips. They charge ridiculously for calls made locally on their phone, and this probably erases the price difference between this and better hotels. Don't expect good english compression either, I had to get a fellow traveler to translate. In short, it is overpriced, dirty and is generally being driven into the ground by its incompetent management. Compared to other Pakistani hotels, such as the superbly run Holiday Inn in Lahore, this falls considerably short.

I was in a business trip and stayed 4 nights. Most of the day time (till late evening) I was out with my tasks. Only in the night I was there in the hotel.

Room was OK. Clean and properly maintained. But the toilet was not clean enough.

It was Ramadan time and I had my Sehris in Jharoka restaurant in the ground floor of the hotel. The food was very nice. The variety and the taste both were very nice. The staff in the restaurant are maintaining good level of service.

I stayed at the Regent for a couple of nights and even though I could nt find any major fault with the hotel nothing stood out. The rooms were a bit old and not very clean. The lobby area seemed quite popular with some shops and a constant buzz. The local food at the coffee shop was good the one night I went there. The price was good compared to some other 5 star properties in the city.
