I really love the way the high-tea menu was designed. Being in a business meeting one has little time for eating, and even while eating one is always talking business. I really loved that they took care of the basics that is eat without you hands being too sticky or oily and very light on the stomach as well.

Regarding Hotel quality, my expectatives were to low when arriving Karachi.
Once in Karachi I localised various hotels mantaining a well price balanced standerd for quality, but I realised that they were unable to afford the national power supply problem that in Karachi is too serious and prolongate.
taking in consideration that electricity is basic (AC, light, elevators, services) for an hotel I asked local people and all pointed me to Sheraton. Indeed it's the best hotel in Karachi (not only for it's full service facilities, supportive staff and restaurant variety, but yes for skipping quite well the power shortage problem).

I happened to stay at the Sheraton a few times as I was escorting clients into Karachi. While the hotel interior is outstanding, staff is well-groomed, I was shocked to see the security staff not taking their jobs seriously. I am sure I will get a reply to this post by the manager saying that they ensure us that they do everything possible for the safety of their guests but the problem is that 'seeing is believing - My recommendation is that they should get an outside organization to conduct a safety/security audit and get and 'outsider's view' because what is invisible to the hotel security dept will not be to the outside agency. My client(s) use AfterShock-CEM based in Karachi, very professional and thorough.
