I stayed here for about a week in April 2011. Loved the rooms, common spaces, shopping arcade, and restaurants. The hotel always seemed busy, and it was fun to see the wedding parties coming into the hotel at night. The rooms were very comfortable- nice furniture and fixtures, and good working desk. Internet service was included with the room rate and worked extremely well, a major plus! Some hotels do not yet provide decent internet service for a reasonable price, and this was a welcomed pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay there again the next time I go to Lahore. As another reviewer said, world class! I stay in lots of hotels, and world class is no exaggeration! I ate in at least two of the restaurants and had room service once- all delicious!!!

PC.Hotel Lahore is world class Hotel.its nice chain of Hotels in pakistan.Located in a busy district, the sparkling facade and chic environment will fill you with wonder. My parents had to stay in Lahore last minute and were only in the hotel for 12 hours. They requested an early breakfast as they were leaving early. They are seasoned travellers and have had to check out very early in other hotels all over the world, This is the first one that actually charged extra for breakfast that was taken early even though it was included in the price of the one night stay
The internet access was poor as it took 20minutes to get connected to send just one email. They felt service staff showed no professionalism when communicating amongst each other and that the management team could treat their staff with a bit more respect.

The hotel itself was good for Pakistani standards however not so with regards to world standards.

This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel (first was in 2006) and I was VERY disappointed in the internet service. Pearl Continental is a nice chain, but it does not make internet use easy for business travelers who rely on it. You have to go to the front desk get a new password and user name every 24 hours, and the user names are a very long, clunky combination of letters and numbers (I complained about this in 2006 but apparently it didn't make any difference.) Internet connections are slow to begin with and toward the end of my stay at the PC in Lahore, I couldn't get on the internet in my room at all. Another downside to this particular PC - it's a very large, very noisy hotel - sound seems to echo in the huge lobby atrium. And speaking of the huge lobby, they could use a few more places to sit!
