The PC re-opened on January 1, 2010 and it looks fresh and clean. Had a wonderful 3 night stay. All was perfect. Not much else to say.

The PC is the best available in Peshawar, though there are precious few alternatives. The rooms, grounds and pool/gym are fine, as are the restaurants. However, a ittle pricey for Pakistan. The service varied, slow room service, frequent power outages and little sat TV availability (probably because of the power fluctuations). There is wireless inet available in the rooms, though at a ridiculous price for Pak. Security at the entrance gate is much more now than it was some time ago, though I doubt it would be effective against a determined effort.

I have stayed at PC Peshawar several times on business trips and it has been safe and reliable every time. Staff is very helpful and nice, hotels restaurant is ok but nothing special. Rooms are standard hotel rooms. The location of the hotel is good. When I travelled to Peshawar, this was the only international standard hotel in the town and that's why I chose to stay there. I would not stay there though if on holiday trip (in that case I would choose Khan Club) but for business trips it is convenient.

There arent a lot of alternatives in Peshawar so the PC can take advantage of this and can be called "the best hotel in Peshawar".

Rooms are very basic for what is a high price and restaurants are also uninspiring.
