We were here over Christmas 2011. We had room 201 which is at the front of the building. It's a good sized room with a small balcony overlooking the street. Traffic noise wasn't aproblem at night because the city tends to quieten fairly early but we did have one night of amplified music from a few streets away - that woke us up a few times. There's a cosy breakfast room for the usual egg breakfast and a neat little sitting area on the roof so that you can chat to fellow travellers and have an evening beer. We arrived at 5am and we were able to sit in the large reception area and doze of as our room was prepared - we were in our room by 9am, Banks are close by and Mann's restaurant is just around the corner. The staff on the front desk were very helpful.
