Arrived late in the day, very tired after a long day to be confronted by difficult and unhelpful reception staff. The room smelt badly of cigarette smoke and it was very difficult to find anywhere nearby to get a meal or a drink. I wasn't too impressed by seeing an electric cable and switch to the fan hanging far too close to the shower.
It is situated about half a mile from the main road and services and on an unlit very minor road quite some distance from the centre of Mandalay.
Checked out the following morning.
Room Tip: I cannot recommend any rooms as I would not advise anyone to stay at this hotel.
