recently returned after a wonderful time,really good friendly staff ,sun beds to die for ..you must go and see,Lehwar very good service in bar Sallon.I had read bad reports but there was very little i could fault a lot to do with the time of year.the only faults .management seem to be hard on the staff who in my opinion work very hard. went all inclusive and treated very well.forth time staying at a moevenpick always something special

We just returned from Tunisia and stayed in the hotel for four niights full board.

Breakfast was very poor. Even, there were no corn flakes. But the dinner was better than I'd thought.

Service was very slow and almost all of the staff asked for tip for every instance.

The location is good. Very close to Port el Kantaoui and Sousse Centrale (Medina). It costs to go both locations by taxi 5.00TND (almost 2,50€).

I'd recomend you to offer for one third of the price asked by the shop owner while shopping in Tunisia. Never pay what they ask. They drop down the prices immediately.

and still I get what we expected such are clean and spacious rooms, polite staff, excellent taken care garden and beach, 24 hour broadband internet access, open air and indoor swimming pool and filling of safety.
This year animators prepared very nice program, behave professionally not pushy but discrete for people not interested and quite provocative for the others. They made excellent choice of music emitted during the day from the open air swimming pool.
It is not critical, but there is lack of internet access at the open air swimming pool and beach which I hope will be available next year.

The staff here are very friendly and welcoming we were shown to our room within 5 minutes of arrival. the room was very nice and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Every day the room was cleaned and fresh towels provided. The restaurant provided lots of variety of food and there was always something for everyone. The service was excellent and all staff very polite. There are 2 very nice bars with plenty of choice of drinks both alcoholic and soft. The animation team were friendly and entertaining without being too over the top. At night there is a disco downstairs which plays very good music and the disco itself is big and beautiful. The swimming was very clean every day and the staff friendly and attentive. The beach is close by and although it is not that big it is clean and very nice. I enjoyed my holiday here and would recommend this hotel I think I will come back next summer.
