Rooms size and cleaness is average. Food is average. External swimming pool and garden is very nice. Has it's own private beach in a relaxed setting.

The hotel is very good, very good sightseeing, very good rooms narrow but relaxing and clean, wonderful service good fish restaurant on sea and very good main restaurant the main problem is wedding ceremonies in the garden for the loud voices

We wanted to stay in a resort in Alexandria so we chose this resort.
the hotel is really nice...has it's own private pool and beach...
recently renovated rooms ..
location is good..great garden...amazing atmosphere..
the only problem of this hotel is the managment or let's say the-what-so-called manager!
first a manager should at least speak proper english or french or any foreign language...he thinks he does but he doesnt..we couldn't understand a word!!
second he's never there !! we had a problem with our shower and wanted to change the room..we waited for him for HOURS it's either he's not available or he's asleeep or eating!! we had to wait till the next day..
third he's not a qualified person..ok maybe he's young (he looks 25 years old and his name is akhmed fatowala) but he knows nothing about guest services..nor about how to deal with your guest's problems ..he seems not to know what his job is..he did not do anything except shouting to his staff (which he shouldnt do- at least infront of guests - which he did at least 4 times during our stay)...
Bottom line is ..this is a wonderful place which is ruined by bad managment ..so wait till it's changed then go or he'll ruin your stay..

The hotel is a bit run down and the pictures are obvious lies but the real problem is the staff. Totally incompetent and incapable of doing anything right. The food is awful and overpriced. The manager is always mysteriously absent. Non-english speaking staff often answer the phone and hang up on you if you don't speak Arabic. Often takes 2 or 3 tries to order room service which is so bad you wouldn't want it anyway. The internet didn't work the whole time I was there. They never managed to fix it - the IT manager claimed it was a problem with my laptop and when he tried to "fix it" he made it so I couldn't connect to other wireless networks that did work. I had to pay someone to fix my laptop. The hotel denied all of this. Room was cleaned every other day at best and I think when you send laundry out they wash it in the pool or something. Smelled awful. There is no air conditioning in July in EGYPT in the lobby or restaurant. The lobby is infested with bugs that bite. I could go on but the bottom line is they do nothing right and everything wrong. The hotel itself isn't awful physically but it's not great either. Think peeling wall paper and paint but they do have a pool and a beach. The staff is the real nightmare - not one competent person!
