We stayed for a night. The hotel staff was very attentive and tried to make the stay comfortable. Free Internet in the rooms and lobby - a feature much used that night.

Great gardens in an old well maintained palace. Good breakfast in the morning -- and comfortable restaurants and lobby bar with good service.

They gave us great rooms overlooking the harbor - really nice clean rooms. The facilities were above average.

Nice ambiance.

I just want to say that i recommend this hotel to any travelers to Alexandria.
My points are:
1/ The room was very clean and big with an amazing view.
2/ Stuff was nice.
3/ I like the location of the hotel ( Montazah ), it's all surrounded by green and trees.
4/ Food was ok but not that good.
5/ Air conditioning ( Heat ) was bad actully.

But after all ill go back to this hotel again

We stayed from15 to 17 september 2011 in this hotel,we engoyed the marvellous feelings of being inside the royal gardens of montazah palace with its distinguished trees,sea view and memories to every egyptian.The hotel is very nice place to spend a nice time in summer or winter.The rooms are well furnished, comfortable , all has balconies and sea view.Actually it is not my first time to be there and not the, last, I hope.
