good choice of hotel.rooms slightly small, but nice views, efficient operation, nice breakfast bar

i stayed at sheraton montazah for a couple ofdays .weather was very bad ,we stayed most of the time in the lobby . we were pampered by the staff with their smiling faces . and as a golden spg member we vhave been upgraded to a deluxe corner room overlooking the mediteranian , with top welcoming amenities .it was really a warm and memorable stayt

I am recommending Sheraton Montazah as a very comfortable hotel to stay . Staff very warm , helpfull and make u feel like a king .arrival experience was amaising and as a starwood preferred member , benefits and services were exceeding my expectation . Room was tiny but very clean . and has an amaising view.Breakfast buffet was very tasty....

We found that the rooms were extremely uncomfortable,unclean,very very conjested no space to move around the room. The views we had were beautiful and the staff were friendly that's the only good thing i can say about the hotel. We had bugs in our room we had disturbing sleep because we were bitten all the time. Vegetarian food was very limited and we would've liked more variety and the hotel could improve on this also the food needed to be more tasty we found the food was very bland.I would rate this hotel as a 3* it was not up to a 5* standard we didnt enjoy staying at this hotel.
