This hotel is of a very high standard. We had no complaints about our room or the service. The included breakfast was buffet with plenty of variety and of good quality. Our room and bathroom were very spacious and modern with large sliding doors leading to a balcony. For a one night stop the location of this hotel was not a problem for us however it was approx 1/2 hour drive from El Nouzha airport and the city, so consideration should be taken when transport is required. The hotel was not near any shops or town so services and shopping in the immediate area of the hotel is not possible.

first of all congratulation, I 've been in many hotels in alexandria, but this is by far the best quality among the FIVE STARS with fair price.

This is in short a great hotel! The rooms are just spacious, luxurious and their terraces are massive. The facilities are also abundant and they include an adorable pool and a very convenient kids room, if you're traveling with children. Perhaps the management is a bit inexperienced but they suffice for that with niceness and the willingness to help. Let alone the free internet service everywhere in the hotel! Of course the only drawback is the distance from downtown Alex. Indeed it's 20 KMs as apparent in the address, however that is not a straight and easy drive and it would usually take longer than your average 20 KM, depending of course on the traffic and the season. This could be easily solved with a stable and regular shuttle service from the hotel, which will make it an even better place. Until this is done, your best bid is to have/rent a car or take one of these new metered taxi cabs in order to avoid the hassle of the bargain. Overall, and based upon experiences in Alex accommodations, this is by far your best option in terms of quality, price and service. Very Well-done Radisson Blu!
