This hotel is very hard to find if you are driving yourself as we were and when we rang the hotel for help on finding them we got given advice and then had the phone put down on us. So it wasn't very helpful.
We stayed in the suite that the hotel offered and both the room and the location were really good.
We ate in the hotel restaurant whilst we there and we were the only 2 people. Despite this we had to wait over an hour for our food to be cooked and whilst mine was hot, my friends was cold and the drink and menu options were also very limited and they had a lot of advertised things unavailable (which we were not told until we had looked at the menu and decided what we wanted to eat).
However, the two women staff at the hotel were rude and very unhelpful. They also seemed to not have time for their customers and were much more focused on finishing their conversations.

“Very comfortable and convenient hotel”
This hotel was very smart and comfortable and excellently located near the beach. Our room was clean and spacious, and the bed made sleeping very easy. The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath which was a real treat! The breakfast had a good choice of cereals, meats and cheeses and was served in the rooftop terrace that gave stunning views of the sea. The staff were polite although not overly forthcoming but did speak good English. Overall, the hotel had an intimate and cozy feel and was a relaxing place to stay.

“Home away from Home”
Hotel Voila is HIGHLY recommended for Business trips in Constanta. I have had the pleasure to stay at the hotel several times, and the hosts Halil and Antionette is THE BEST hosts ever.
The Hotel also have remarkable art collections and also sell very nice art made of glass.
The KITCHEN IS ALSO VERY NICE...
IF YOU ARE IN CONSTANTA IN BUSINESS OR PLEASURE: THIS IS THE WARM COSY HOTEL YOU WANT - You will never find the service level at larger Hotels... Its impossible!
