I have spent there two weeks with family. The hotel aims to be 4 stars but there is a lot of room for improvement until they will fully deserve this rating.
The rooms are quite Ok (except for air conditioning which does not help too much), but service is generally bad and unattentive. The reception staff is not there to help, while enjoying a good service at restaurant waiters is subject to lucky day.
The breakfast has average quality food and juices, while the "a la carte" menus are good and reasonable priced.
The main strength of the hotel is that it has decent accommodation standards combined with spa and healthcare club which is quite unique.
The garden of the hotel is beautiful as well as the outdoor swiming pool and the parking facility is also very good. What really misses there is the overall surounding as Eforie Nord is one of the most run-down seaside resorts of Romania.
So, if you want some action you have to drive 20 km north to Mamaia to enjoy clubs and nice restaurants.

Cleaning service is ok. Comfortable rooms. Nice bathroom. Please be aware that access to hotel indoor swimming pool and fitness center is not included in the price of your room, although we speak about a 4 stars hotel. Food is few and if you arrive later in the morning it is possible to not get enough food or the same dishes you can find early in the morning (at 08:00 am for example). Nice parking and outdoor swimming pool. Good road access from Constanta and close to Bulgarian sea side if you are interested to visit the neighbor country. All rooms have sea view but only rooms from 1st floor have a larger balcony. If you want to use more than one charger than bring with you an extra plug switcher because the room has only one plug.
