So our son's wedding reception was held here. Everything in Romania is a surprise including this hotel. Situated in the mountain ski resort which is modern and growing rapidly. We were there in the hot summer, forget air condtioning there isn't any anywhere it seems and no fan even for sleeping in very hot conditions. Dracula gave us a night of continuous thunder and lightening causing some guests who have experienced severe storms in the Alps and Rockies to be scared stiff. The rooms are otherwise very comfortable and clean with mini bar but no tea/coffee facilities. Decor colours - interesting with Dracula castle hints of armoury etc.The staff were curtious but not full of smiles, efficient in service.
There is a hotel mini bus service to Bucharest airport but check prices and agree before ordering same.
