I am a Hungarian businessman. I come every two weeks to Brasov for almost five years for work. What I appreciate most about Luiza Pension is the cleanliness, the quietness, and the confort.
The place is very tastefully arranged, with a lot of flowers at each window. The pension is easily located and accessed, with parking in its courtyard.
Staff is very friendly, attentive to your needs.

"Just like home" is the most representative expression to describe this place. Staff is very friendly, attentive to your's need. I come weekly to this place for four years for work, and continue to return here because the place is very quiet, beautiful and attractive, tastefully arranged, and last but not least full of flowers at each window, so what makes you relax and escape from everyday life, even if you are in this place for business. The thing that I appreciate most about this pension is cleanliness of each place, in the true sense, in particular the bathroom, cleaning that I appreciate the most. I have been to many hotels and pensions, because of my job, so I can say that Luiza pension can be compared very well with 5-star hotels in terms of cleanliness, tranquility and hospitality with which I received here.
The pension is easily located and accessed, have access to parking in the courtyard, where the car is safe.
Is a family business, where each family member ( mother, dad, daughter, son ) brings its contribution to the smooth running of business and create a family atmosphere.
When I back here for every week I feel like home, I`m always greeted with a smile and respect from everyone at the reception, regardless of time of arriving.

We had booked this hotel for the weekend. We are a family of four, and we had booked the apartment. The apartment had a kitchenette which was equipped with a gas stove. The staff at the hotel are very courteous and social. They are also very fluent in English.

The hotel is a couple of kilometers away from the city center. The walk to the city center from the hotel is a very pleasurable one. They are many eateries, restaurants, road side cafes around the city center.

The restaurant at the hotel offers a very filling breakfast which comprises of toasted bread, eggs, juice, cheese plate, coffee, tea. What I liked most about the hotel is that they took care of every guest's taste. they made it a point to ask how we would like our coffee to be made, if we preferred our omelet to be spicy. We have stayed at many hotel in Romania in the past but we have not come across any hotel where they have taken our taste into account.

I went last year with some clients at a business conference in Brasov and we decided to stay at Pensiunea Luiza. We wore very impressed by this location, the staff was very friendly, the rooms wore elegant and we had enough space to work on our project for the meeting, also we managed to get a good night sleep because the place was very quiet and nobody bothered us...the rooms wore very clean,by the way. We also made reservation for the same time this year because our clients wore very pleased with the location,the price is justified and is very close to the town center.
