The hotel is at a very high standard, i am glad that there are in Romania hotels and services like this. The breakfast and the brunch served on 01.01 were delicious

It was my second stay in this hotel because I liked very much. This time I ttended a conference in Sibiu and the hotel was very convenient located, gave me the opportunity to be close to the "Lucian Blaga" University in Sibiu, but also close to historical places, feel the beating heart of the old city, to walk on main streets with lots of little restaurants, souvenir shops and many attractions for tourists!
The hotel has a modern architecture, large spaces with different utilities, with chic bars and breakfast rooms, restaurant and conference rooms.
I enjoied the large and comfortable room, with special amenities in room and bathroom, very clean and well secured against noise.
I really liked hairdressing, located on the ground floor with an incredibly good price!
Breakfast was very diversified: cereals, milk, tea, pastries and cakes, compotes, fruit, snacks and hot omplete or meat.
In conclusion, my stay for 3 nights at the Ramada was royal, I felt great!

Stayed at the Ramada in August. Had no booking and had to check out of another hotel after the first night as it was below expectations. Called up the Ramada and the reception was very helpful and located a room as per our requests. We wanted a room with a double bed and they only had twin beds. However they called up after an hours and told us that they had located a room with a double.
Checkin was fast as they had my details from an earlier visit. Excellent room on 12th floor with a wonderful view over the city.
Wife loved the breakfast spread and the Atrium bar is great with a wide choice of drinks.

Stayed again twice times at Ramada Sibiu during November 2011.
Comparing with previous visit I didn't have the same problems with the heating system but I've faced another ones with the check out.
It was the first time in a business hotel when I stayed in line for checking out but the desktop manager choosed to treat another customer which impolitely avoided the line. The hotel can treat its guests obviously better first by its services...
