We stayed at the Dionis for 5 nights prior to travelling to stay with friends in the Burgas region. We found the hotel to be very clean and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and despite us speaking very limited Bulgarian they really worked hard to understand us and spoke in English to assist us.
The tariff was Bed & Breakfast and we felt that the breakfast was good considering the different nationalities this small hotel was trying to cater for. If people are really fussy about what to eat they could always settle for toast and cereal but we liked the selection of cold meats, sausage and cheese very much.
The train station was just 2 minutes walk away with the shops being approximately 4 minutes in the other direction. We found everything very easily and thought the hotel was in an excellent location for sight seeing or just relaxing. There was a nice courtyard where we sat late at night having a drink from the bar. We really could not fault this hotel and if you want a break somewhere less noisythan the seaside resorts then try this hotel .
would we use it again? YES definitely!
