We planned to stay at Hotel Amfora this summer. My husband got ill and we unfortunatelly couldn´t come. We canceled our holiday one week in advance, but until today we did´n get back the money we payed. Mr. Tsvetkov seemed to be hiding away, trying to avoid any contact with us. Once his email doesn´t work , later he doesn´t know our account number, then he says he has already sent the money but isn´t able to say the date of the transfer. Later he leaves for a month and promises to write when he gets back, but it´s 26 days since his "return" and nothing happens.
We were looking forward to stay at the place, it looks very nice from the pictures, but the behaviour of the hotelier is not fair.

This comment of Mrs Dasa Vesela is not correct, their deposit of 100 Euros has been paid back and I have all the bank statements as proof of that. Due to bank mistake it when to the wrong account but at the end of the day the money went to sender.
This comment is 100% blackmail because some people try to make some money with fake complaints but with me they have got the wrong address.
I have 100% positive reputation during 10 years of owning hotel Amfora and I do not owe money to anyone at all in this world but on the other side I have plenty of unpaid hotel bills in my hotel in Bulgaria from guests who's lifestyle is not to pay theirs dues.
I am open to all kind of comments from anyone who feels that I owe him or her anything.
