We stayed here for 3 nights midweek in September for 64 Euros a room per night. Price included a small buffet breakfast, but not very inspiring so gave it a miss after the first morning.
It's in a good location about a 10 minute stroll into the main pedestrianised shopping/eating area. A further couple of minutes will take you towards the old town part of Plovdiv.
The hotel's in a converted building with a smart little reception area on the ground floor. The hotel rooms being fairly new are in good condition, though we felt the decor could have been a bit more up to date than it was. Decent sized room with a modern flat screen TV and air-conditioning which was very welcome as it was really hot when we were there. The bathroom was very modern in contrast to the room, really nice walk-in shower, plently of room.
The downsides - our room must have been next to the houe-keeping room/cupboard and they make a lot of noise from fairly early in the morning.
One thing that ticked us off a bit was that on the last night there was a party going on in the hotel, I think in the 'party room' that is advertised on their website. I assume it was a bunch of locals, maybe a work night out or something. No objection to this, however, unfortunately the noise is heard throughout the hotel even in the rooms and went on pretty late. Not really that great for a hotel catering to tourists.
