“New Days Inn”

I stayed here in the last week. This is a new conversion to the Days Inn Franchise with new owners, new management and almost a completely new staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. You can tell that a lot of work is being done. This is not a premeir Days Inn Property but they are moving in the right direction for it to be shortly. The rate was good and the location right off the highway is nice. The pool was warm and pleasant.

We stayed 1/28/2012. Booked through Hotels.com and got a very good rate. When we got there, they could not find where we book and paid. Trainee at front desk called manager, and he was very accomidation. Checked us into our room and told us to go out to dinner and he would have it worked out when we got back. Room was clean and everything worked in the room. I double checked for bugs etc and found no evidence. Sheets were clean and fresh. Pool was out of order, but we were really to exhaused to mind very much. Looked in and it looked nice.

Staff was very friendly, I had asked a few things at the front desk and housekeeping arrived at the door with ice ect a few minutes after we got back to the room.

Hotel needs some work, but the staff was great. I will stay again, when I am in town again.
