“Rip off”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 May 2011

I read a lot of reviews that they will tell you that guests get 10% off eating there and the prices are past shocking, so I knew to avoid eating there. Well I called on the phone and asked if they took kunas and at the going rate, well during checkout they tried to charge me about 30% higher since I wasn't paying with the local rate. At first the story was that she wasn't good with converting the currency, then it was another story.
At the end we left the hotel, walked to a currency exchange and walked back to save 40 dollars for a one night stay.
There are nicer places that are less expensive that don't try to take advantage of people every way possible.

This is a lovely hotel set in beautiful old Mostar, with convenient parking and easy walking into and round the old city of Mostar. The staff are friendly and attentive and the rooms are clean and well laid out. This hotel offers excellent value for money.

“HWould return in a heartbeat”

After backpacking through Eastern Europe for a month, this little hotel was luxury... though I suspect that we would have been quite impressed even if we had turned up here first. We had a double bed apartment which, while not enormous, was stylish, clean, comfortable, well-sized for two and - best of all - cool in the mid-summer heat.

Location was barely minutes to the old town, right in the thick of market streets and moments from THE bridge - and yet the night was quiet with noise only from the bubbling river next to the hotel. Didn't eat at the hotel (there are more than enough options in town to be spoiled for choice), but it does have a nice shaded, outdoor area where you can enjoy a cold beer.

For a three star establishment, it set the bar high... including staff packing us a takeaway breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning before our standard complimentary breakfast could be eaten.

“A lovely place to stay”

Nestled next to the Radobolja Rivers sits this delightful little hotel. The rooms are simple but nicely appointed. There is outdoor seating and a restaurant. The staff is so nice, helpful and welcoming and it is just steps to the sights. Breakfast was included. A perfect place to stay in Mostar.

“great location, restaurant overpriced”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 October 2010

Location is unbeatable with nice view to the crooked bridge and only some meters to the old town bridge, rooms are OK not fancy but clean and with TV, price (from 35 € per room) is really OK, restaurant is overpriced (15 € for meal and cola) in comparision to others in Bosnia and side dishes are additional charged even when not ordered (bred), beer is a pricey 5 mark per small bottle (I paid 1,50 Mark for a big one in the hotel-reataurant in Banka Luka and 3 Mark for a big one in Sarajevo in a more exoensive hotel). If you pay the room in Euro insist on the Euro-price, otherwise they will charge the double amount in Mark and convert that back into Euro at a bad rate and you'll eventually pay 5-6% more.
