My room at the Baci was quite large, but the standard was not what business travelers would require. Heating did not work properly, shower faucet fell apart when opened, there was a lingering smell of sewage, and the TV did not work. Moreover, the bedside lamp was situated a good four feet from the bed, making nighttime reading difficult.

However, staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant served great food and even provided a smoke-free corner for us.

When visiting Pristina in Feb 2005 for a skiing trip, I asked friends living in Pristina at the time a good place to stay. The Baci surpassed all expectations with its grand marble entrance and super friendly staff. The location is excellent and the price is well worth it! The staff told us the best places to go let us use the internet and the bar areas attracts many of the locals.
