This was a very nice little apartment for the price and the location.
The apartment was small but very comfortable.
The bedroom led out onto a large balcony.
The rooms were freshly painted and very clean.
The room was decorated simply with white linen sheets and coverings.
You couldn't get a better location outside of the walls of the town. Just a two minute walk and you are at one of the gates leading into the town.
The owner Vladimir is a very nice man and happy to help with any information required.
I would stay here again if I am lucky enough to come back to beautiful Montenegro.

We stayed in Tianis apartments for two nights. We had a lovely apartment with one bedroom, kitchen, nice and modern bathroom and with a large balcony with a mountain view. The apartment was very nice, only negative thing to mention was that we got a smoking apartment even though we had asked for a non-smoking one and the apartment smelt like old cigarettes especially in the beginning of our stay. At the end I didn't notice it so much anymore so the stay was enjoyable regardless. The apartment was difficult to find at first, so we had to ask the tourist info for instructions. The location of the apartment was excellent, only two minutes walk from the old town. The apartment was quiet, bed comfortable, good air-conditioning and wireless internet. If staying in Kotor again, I would probably choose Tianis Apartments again.

The service at these apartments was sensational. We had a lovely breakfast, beautiful room, great location and a super friendly host! We couldn't really ask for anything more.

As far as my wife and I are concerned, Tianis Apartments is THE place to stay in Kotor. First, you don't have to stay outside of busy Kotor (in Perast or Muo, etc). Tianis is located about one block from the old town gate and one block from the harbour. There is a (tasteful) innocuous mall across the street with a supermarket and several cafes. There are restaurants around the corner and there is parking that the (cheerful) owner will show you. Having the ability to come and go with a car with convenient parking is something that you will NOT find within the old town walls. Plus, at night it's very quiet outside, another thing you won't find within the walls.

The apartment room is amazing; there is a sitting room with a couch, a full kitchinette, mini fridge, AC in both rooms, a balcony with chairs and a table, free wifi and cable TV (with surprisingly many channels in English, a nice bonus!). There is the option for breakfast in the outside covered patio area, although strolling in to town for breakfast or self catering are both options.

The Tianis Apartments are also very easy to find, the location one turn off the (only) main street that goes through Kotor.

To the other reviewer who said that their towels were not changed daily; in our 4 days here, ours were changed, but really, how often do you need towels changed?!?

This place is highly recommended as the other reviews show, and for us, it was PERFECT!
