Nice hotel.
Spacious rooms. Great lobby. Food is decent. Very clean. People are friently.
Location for business is not the best but for leissure is great.
A bit expensive and a style from 'Tito' era.

I stayed here in October 2010 on a business trip.

Novi Sad is a small city of 400,000 people and relatively rustic.

The lobby is large and impressive, but once you're in the rooms you'll be disappointed by the quality of the furnishings. This hotel's decor is about 20 years out of date.

The furniture is like that of a Motel6 or similar. The rooms are of decent size. No comforters just blankets. Small safe. Two small desks. The color combination is gold with red - somewhat gaudy. There's low-quality robes & slippers.

The bathroom is of decent size - porcelain & tile, no marble. Towel-warmer in the bathroom.

There's no wireless in the room, but the ethernet connection is pretty fast.

There's a casino in the hotel but I haven't had a chance to see it. As the name suggests, the hotel is next to a small park.

The breakfast buffet is of average quality. The sausages they use have plastic casing that you have to remove. Some of the shop areas are empty for example there's no sundry/convenience store in the hotel. There's an ATM just by the front desk - convenient.

The service during the day seems fine. The blonde front desk girl on the night shift was a little surly - unexpected in a "5" star hotel. When I first arrived at night, I had to wait 25 minutes for a maid to pick up some laundry that I wanted to do. The night day, it did show up all clean & pressed though. So uneven service..

Very nice swimming pool, furniture in room is defenitly for three star hotel, food is ok.

I would choose onother hotel in Novi Sad to stay in

I've stayed here two times, in 2009 and 2010. First stay was at the 6th floor and it was noisy- some heavy machinery was running all night. But my 2nd stay on the 2nd floor was fine, and the rooms are well isolated as far as noise is concerned.
The rooms were very clean and well cleaned every day. Rooms are not very big but comfortable. The bed was quite good.
Personnel is friendly and helpful and look that way, with the exception of the breakfast staff- they looked even more bad tempered than I did for having to work that early ;-)
Breakfast by itself is fine, with a buffet with lots of choices. It only shares the horrible habit of hotels everywhere of serving coffee that is an affront - weak brown tepid stuff that might be clysmatic in nature. Avoid it like the plague and order a double espresso in the Lobby to start the day properly.
I had dinner in the hotel twice; while it is fine it is expensive compared to other restaurants in Novi Sad. I would advice to get your dinner in the city because better dinners can be had for half the price.
Internet is available but is often slow or does not work at all; don't rely on it to get work done.

All in all a fine hotel to stay in, but not 5 stars in my view.
