My husband and I stayed at Hotel Park this past weekend. Everything seemed fine until we woke up to several bites. The room/bed was infested with bed bugs. Days later, we are still dealing with the itchiness and having to disinfect all of our luggage, clothing, and linens at home. I emailed the hotel and they dismissed my concerns, said the hotel did not have any bug problems, refused to refund any of our charges, and merely offered one free night for our next stay. I'm warning you not to stay at this place - this is my first (and hopefully last) time having bed bugs - they are awful!! Huge welts all over body that itch terribly. Stay someplace else if you're in Novi Sad.

Stayed for a two night conference and given a very nice room indeed - suite, bubbly and fruit on the table. Bath with jacuzzi. Huge, comfortable bed. Windows that opened - no need to rely on A/C. Lovely grounds, and breakfast on the patio in the balmy late summer mornings. Only shame was the truly awful breakfast. Poor coffee, stale bread, limited choice. Still, the coffee you can buy in the foyer is the best I had during my week long stay in Serbia.

Very high quality rooms, facilities, lobby and restaurant, wonderful terrace seating, incredibly friendly and professional staff, all for a very reasonable price. They made me and any daughter as well as others who participated in the same international conference extremely welcome. Nice city park in front, a municipal swimming pool nearby, 15-20 minute walk to center city. One of the best hotels I stayed in.

Stayed for 5 nights. Room allocated had a wardrobe (closet) large enough for 3 shirts and 2 suits ( approx 2.5 feet wide). When I complained the receptionist said, after me showing her a picture from my phone of the problem........I will give you more hangers!!!. I said OK, but where do I put them? I asked to speak to the manager, and eventually I was moved to a suite. For which I must compliment the manager, who's name was Cicovic Zegko, he understood straight away, and organised the move.
Another thank you must go to one on the waiters, Hebojsa Miletic, who was very helpful and always tried to please.

The hotel has the usual services available, if you need something, just ask the concierge, in fact they are not shy in approaching you! As for the food, it is difficult for me to comment, as I do not eat meat, but what was on offer was OK......but just OK for the 5 days of my stay. Beware, the champagne is expensive £100 for Moet and £200 for Dom Perignom. The gym and massage center is quite reasonalbe though. Front desk are helpful and efficient. One minus though, all areas allow smoking!!
