Hotel is good location as it is right next to the old town of the city. Very convenient to many places to eat and shop and sightsee.

Walking distance to the main fortress across the river and some parks nearby.

Hotel itself is good but a little small. Parking outside is crazy as cars have to drive in reverse to move in and out.

Hotel had a nice patio/cafe just outside that overlooked a nice shopping spot.

Had a nice restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast that was offered in morning was really nice as had an assortment of eggs and bacon and coffees.

Room was good and had nice interior. On tv there was some english channels of the Cartoon network, not that i watched any tv though.

Very nice Aquarium on one of the floors that was very attractive. Hotel was very clean and tidy on all of the floors.

Only spent one night here but the location can't be beat for being in the center of the action. Walk just a few steps out the walkway and you're on the pedestrian-only area of the city's squares.
Our room was clean and large, if oddly layed-out.
There was a small fridge that kept our drinks cold. A/C worked fine.
Our rate didn't include breakfast but we paid the small fee and had a good if basic meal. One added plus is if you order coffee it's espresso, not instant.

The hotel did not have a sign and we arrived gy bike on a rainy day. We could not find the hotel so we suggest you print out a map of your own before arriving.

Novi Sad has some interesting sites and we used the tourist information to find about a bike shop.

First, let me say that the staff at this hotel is excellent, location is good and rooms are clean. But everything else was terrible. We booked a room for 99 Euro/night well in advance of the EXIT festival, specifically seeking an air conditioned hotel. We were given a room with a tiny window far from the bed and an "air conditioner" that was a fan with a pan for ice. Staff tried to supply ice, but couldn't always help us. Our friends paid the same rate and had vastly different (i.e., normal, AC) rooms. We got a 10% discount for staying in a sweltering shoebox--but we'd rather have booked a room at another hotel with AC. Finally, on our last morning, I spotted a large roach dying along the wall. It probably died of heatstroke.
