The hotel is in a great location, in the center of the city. The rooms are reasonably clean and quite comfortable, although furniture and equipment is rather cheap. Rooms are closed with old-fashioned, big keys you are supposed to leave at the reception.
But, in a city where most inhabitants have running water only for a few hours every day one should be glad this hotel has running water all day. And it even has hot water.
Breakfasts... ok, nothing special, but ok.
The funniest part is the Internet access, which is free in this hotel. The trick is that it is not available in the rooms - there is one small table near the reception, next to which there is a chair and an Ethernet LAN socket. The receptionist will give you a patchcord if you forgot to bring one (accustomed to the world of Wi-Fi) and you can sit there surfing as long as your battery last - or until the next guest will come.
Again, this is something to appreciate, as in the George nearby there is no Internet access other than through dialing from the reception.
