This is our 2nd visit to this quaint boutique hotel right in the centre of Lviv, this time for 6 nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and our window view was perfect, right up the main square to the Opera House. We had room 21.We were fortunate to have a beautiful snow fall over the Ukraine old/new year. Breakfast is ample with a choice of four set menus. The coffee shop has lots of dellicious cakes and their barista is good. Easy walking distance to any of the attractions Lviv has to offer. Any one arriving by train can pay 1.25hr for an adventure tram ride number 9, which stops across the road from the hotel. (Get your ticket from the booth or the conductor and validate it on board). Only draw back is that there is no lift.

The hotel is small and cozy with a very nice atmosphere; the staff were nice and very helpful. Location is perfect right in the center near the opera square and a walking distance from the main sites. Also has a very nice cafe where you can have your morning coffee on a sunny warm day, and one of the best clubs, fashion is on the other side.
I liked the atmosphere there and the price was not expensive.
I changed around 5 rooms in the hotel because I stayed on several periods in April and May11; the best rooms are the ones that look the opera house and the square, amazing view. The only setback at the hotel is that it is an old building and the rooms overlooking the inner street, where the tramway passes, doors start to shake when it passes. Also sometimes you could hear some noise from the neighboring rooms.
In general I loved the hotel it was in a beautiful old building close to everything the staff were very helpful nice and the price was good...

I have stayed there for 10 days and had a very good experience! Family like atmosphere, clean rooms, great food in the restaurant and a very good price for all of this!

It's a very nice hotel with great location. Rooms are clean, staff is very nice and hospitable.
