Eurohotel is good value. It is about 10-15 mins stroll from main sights of Lviv. Clean comfortable rooms. Our room, located at the front of the hotel, was a litte noisy as there was some sort of electrical buzz for most of the night from the University across the road. We booked a superior double which was fine. Dark wood furniture in the room made it seem very dull and cramped but overall it was comfortable with a good bathroom. Airport about 15 mins drive away.

Lviv is most certainly worth a visit (we found some very cheap flights from Dortmund). Tip would be to learn a little Ukrainian before you go as very few tourists around and locals tend not to speak any English.

A little more than 5 minutes walk to the city center, is an excellent hotel with great value (550 UAH for double room with breakfast). Probably a newly renovated hotel, with Slavic design but very beautiful. The staff was very friendly speaking English and room service was very helpful. Very good breakfast. What else I can say, a good choice.

First impressions werent that good. We got out of a battered taxi having just arrived from Southern Ukraine. We probably looked a little 'road weary' touting our mush travelled rucksacks and the smart suited concierge gave us a definite look of distain as we entered. However, once we entered we found the hotel to be very nice, clean, and well decorated. The room was quite small for the price and looked over a car park at the rear. (We actually preferred this as the hotel is on a main road and I guess it could have been noisy on a night with windows open--there was no A/C in the room and the weather was warm).
The hotel is in a good location on the edge of the city centre, an easy 10 minute walk to the main square in the old town. Overall I would recommend it and the price was good compared to what you'd pay for a similar standard and location in W.Europe.

I am a regular visitor to Lviv and usually stay here. The staff are excellent, rooms are comfortable and breakfast is always good. There is both wired and wireless Internet, which is free and reliable. Great place to stay. About 10 minutes walk to the centre.
