Welcomed by helpful English speaking staff. The hotel is a good 15 minutes walk south east of old town. The only hazard faced as a solo female traveller was the broken, uneven pavements ... entertaining for the locals!
The hotel room was very compact ..with little sound proofing. The breakfast buffet was ample to set you up for the day. I ate in the most wonderful restaurants in town: Amadeus and sister restaurant Veronika. Superb menu and service
Easy to navigate around the city and travelled on foot as the weather was bright and dry. Friendly locals who may be shy at responding in English. The Lychakiv cemetery is certainly worth the walk and if you stay in this hotel its about 15 minutes north east. A wonderful city break
