Free parking, pool, wifi available in this hotel. Name is pension but bigger from many hotels. Rooms are big and clean. Staff are helpful.

20-25 minutes to city center by walk, 5 minute by car. There is a good restaurant other side of the street called Mamma Mia is perfect. You must try !

Pansion Albin has a number of pluses--great people, clean rooms and comfortable beds. But it is very utilitarian, particularly in off season, when none of the outdoor areas are usable. And the breakfast was very basic, though that was perhaps because there were very few guests. The restaurant was closed when we were there in October so we can't comment on their food or service. We would also have appreciated wifi in our room, not just on the main level. It would take very little to add a little charm to the pension rooms and hallway. I would suggest that the owners spend a little money on a professional designer or someone with flare, who would probably suggest different wall colors, perhaps creamy white with an accent color on the wall behind the bed, a large vertical famed mirror opposite the bed wall, a cheerful color for side drapes and a bed scarf, and maybe a large framed photo above the bed. With small changes like these, this pension could be much more attractive. But maybe no one else cares... It was still good value for the money and perfectly comfortable.
