“"Basic Hotel"”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 September 2011

My Wife and I stayed in this Hotel on 8th sept while on an escorted tour of Croatia and Bosnia organized by Elite Travel for one night only. On checking in to this hotel we were on the second floor but to find our room it was like walking into a maze with all the corridors but we eventually found our room. The air condition was on but our room was very hot. I asked at reception and was instructed how to use the air conditioner which was like a wall radiator but after a while the room got a little cooler.
The dinner was a buffet style with plenty of food. We found the bed to be a little hard to sleep in. The room had a great shower with great pressure but no face cloths or hairdryer.
The breakfast the following morning was not great as most of the food was gone and not been replinished fast enough. There was a big crowd down at the breakfast but we had to be gone out of the hotel by eight o clock . The TV in the room had only two english news channells.

Overall I would recommend this hotel as the staff were very pleasent and I have stayed in worse Hotels.

“Wildly overpriced”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 August 2011

There are not many good things that I can say about this hotel. We were walk-in guests, just looking for a night's accomodation after arriving late in Zadar. The hotel is ok for that purpose, but wildly over priced. We paid EUR 90 for a shabby room including breakfast. The room and the hotel would have been acceptable for half the price, but this was really some of the poorest value I ever got. Particulaury annoying - breakfast is only served inside in a basement without proper windows, despite a open courtyard just above.

“Uncomfortable beds and I really mean it”

First of all - the people at the hotel are wonderful. Helpful and friendly. They helped us to find a right room although it was a last moment reservation.
This is a typical transit hotel, far from the center.
Basic but clean rooms.
Uncomfortable beds and I really mean it. If you have problems with your backbone, stay away from the place. Otherwise - good choice if you to travel souther Balkans.

“Poor location and uncomfortable beds!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 June 2010

I stayed at his hotel while on a Cosmos tour. The location is far from the old town where all the restaurants and sights are. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The room was clean but basic. Had I booked this hotel independently I would have not been happy with the standard of accommodation provided. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

“Basic hotel with an interesting location!”

Another Cosmos tour gem with an interesting location on an industrial estate between a coach park and a garage. Hopeless air-conditionong and a very basic room. Food Ok but only just. Dining room very hot and airless.
