I will be thorough.
The place is interesting for long walks.
Other than that:
Most of the hotel staff isn't very friendly or helpful. They looked completely disinterested.
The elevator is too small, crowded and sometimes it doesn't even work.
Plates and shrouds in the restaurant were sometimes a little bit unclean. To get the best dessert (watermelon, melon, icecream, puding) you had to be constantly on alert, otherwise it was almost impossible to get dessert- it was gone in seconds whenever it was brought.
Breakfest and dinner could have been more diversified.
When somebody left the table you couldn't sit at the free table because staff didn't brought new napkins, spoons, forks and knives.
In front of hotel there is only around 30 regulated parking places so you must park your car under the trees few 10 metres away and even there there is not a lot of free space. So you have to carry your bags to the hotel for some time.
Beach is awful, just rocks, you need shoes to get into the wather, swimming pool is too small, Pula is not made for swimming. We have never swimmed so little.
At the hotel swimming pool they charge you 2 euros for one sun bed per day, so 4 euros for a couple.
City of Pula is to far away to walk, not a 55 minute walk – longer. Bus is the best option. Do not go to Pula with a car – no parking places, crowded, a lot of small one way streets.
Rooms are quite small, tv is really really small, not a lot of tv channels, in the morning (around 8:00) everybody is slamming with the doors. Shower is too small for two, too expensive, there is no airconditioning (to hot), the beds are separated.
Towels are changed only every second day as are the sheets.
For sure not a tree star hotel, hotel is stuck in 80's, maybe in 1980 it was a tree star hotel.
I definetely wouldn't recommend it.
