Very good hotel in a small village, close to farm land, poor infrastructure in the vicinity

We've picked this hotel because they were advertised as dog friendly, but, got disappointed. Pets are charged quite a lot, while giving *nothing* in return. We got a very small room (barely adequate for humans without a dog), sheets were changed only once in a week, room wasn't vacuum cleaned on few days and we got a request that we shouldn't hold our small dog on bed, carpet or armchair (which we didn't have because it wouldn't even fit in the room) - I suppose they are flying dogs friendly... Anyways, this was clearly a rip off.

On the other hand, the hotel is nice, staff is nice and friendly, suppers were extraordinarily excellent (breakfasts were extremely boring, though). Peroj is a lovely town close to many other beautiful places in Istra.

We'll be definitely back in Peroj, but, I doubt we'll pick this hotel again if they don't change their policy about pets...

Location Peroj a little insulated - for those who like nightlife, to be close to the city etc. not really ok, but if you have a car - you can reach everything very soon

Clear recommendation - a very good choice hotel !

Peroj is in a great place. It takes only half an hour to go to port Fazana, take a trip to nearby island Brioni, or simply go to medieval city Vodnjan. Trips to Pula or Rovinj within short driving distance. Bicycle tour recommended. Hotel itself is cozy, however the triple room was not triple, but merely a double with additional uncomfortable bed. Could not understand the pricing policy. If you can choose buy a package that includes entry into wellness zone, otherwise you pay a daily entrance fee.
