Are you looking for a place like no other? A lonely old house, with rare exotic insects greeting you at the door step,
a ghostlike interior with locked doors, and a humble kitchen that only serves its soul purpose "to heat things up". Outside, you can amuse yourself by the amazing view of 2 very nice outdoor tables and chairs, which both have a dozen stones on, so that they won’t be blown away by the windy summer weather of Pula City; if you are a more inside person there are many fun fun games to play at the lobby, games which are as exiting as they are challenging (if you know the rules, and/or can read an Italian manual). The bedrooms are a wonder! Especially the ones in the lowest floor of this amazing mansion, there you will be entertained by yet another dozen of mosquitoes.

The staff at this establishment are nice and helpful... if you can find them; we recommend looking either in one of the rooms down below or at the top floor where a big bench is blocking any entrance of ppl coming from below. The calls are usually hanged up, so do not try.

To be fair, we can conclude that it is an ok place if you are looking for a cheap room near the centre of pula. But do not get surprise if you meet nice fat cockroach.

Poor quality rooms with noisy, springless beds. Totally unloved guesthouse which had the potential to be excellent if the owners put some investment and TLC into it.
