We had a very mixed stay at the Picasso Apartment.
The apartment itself was wonderful - great location, layout, bathroom, facilities etc.
The major downside however was the owner who constantly badgered us about daily payments. This was quite a long story but the experience sadly distracted from our overall wonderful time in Dubrovnik.
Like I said, it's a nice flat - just make sure you pay all the money upfront as it's clearly what she prefers (but doesn't tell you this at the start)!!
