We had a pleasant 2 night stay with a very nice room with veranda. Breakfast was plentiful. Free computer in the lobby.

A nice hotel with good size rooms. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Breakfast was not that good though and the hotel was a bit of a walk away from the old town.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights.It is a standard 3 star hotel.Fodd is nothing much to write home about but is ok.Rooms are roomy and are fine.The location is not good for Dubrovnik old town but is reasonably close to the ferry.So if you are travelling to Dubrovnik with a view to travelling to the islands then the location is fine.However if you are using it as a base to explore the old town then there are far better options.There is the hassle of catching a bus (maybe ok outside the peak season but no joke in August with packed buses) or the expense of a taxi ride.
As I mentioned the hotel is ok.It seems to be used extensively by tour companies.So if there is no cheap alternative then I wouldn't dismiss it

We were slightly apprehensive about this hotel but our worries were unfounded. The hotel is excellent; very clean, modern and with great room facilities.

The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels daily. The breakfast was basic but filling, we had cereal, fruit and yoghurt with tea and juices (would have liked toast also but this was not available). The safe in the room was free to use whereas we have always to pay for these before in all other hotels. The room was larger than expected with a great view of Mound Srd and the hotel was quiet at night. The air conditioning was a godsend as Croatia was experiencing a heatwave at the time! There was also free internet use in the lounge area.

A couple of small negatives were; the shower - it didn't sit very well in the holder and so had to use it as hand-held. The location is a little distant from the old town and would definitely recommend the bus although try to avoid peak times as it gets very full and hot! If you are staying for a minimum of a week it is worth purchasing the Dubrovnik Card at 220 kuna each which entitles you to 20 public transport rides and entry into 8 attractions (including the walls - the highlight of the trip).

The only sandy beach in Dubrovnik is City Beach near old town which is small and gets full quickly.
