We stayed in Vill Curic from 12th-19th June and would recommend it to anybody visiting Dubrovnik the appartments are spotless the bed linen is of very high quality. We received a welcome pack of wine, fruit ,fruit juice and water. The owners of Villa Curic are so helpful the appartments are cleaned daily nothing is too much for the staff they greet you each morning and Evening.Franj will even collect and return you to Dubrovnik airport all for Kuna200.00 each way what a service! Vill Curic is situated very near to the promenade which is great for restaurants and ther are some lovely little alcoves for sunbarthing and swimming along the cliff path.We would definetley stay there if we return to Dubrovnik

“Beautiful family atmosphere with endless privacy”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 July 2009

We visited villa Curic third time this june and it just gets better every time.As a small buss owner myself i learn that everybody sometimes has a bad day,but seems like that is not a case with villa Curic. We had so much fun taking advantage of great locations which is close to everything. We got to meet some locals and in talking to them we found out that this actually is most attractive part of the town. You get very quiet atmosphere but very close to beach, bars, restaurants and only 15 minutes away from old city .Apartment with nice balcony and great views is what we got every time, clean, room service breakfast, this people really know how to make you feel right at home.
The best part of this villa to me is that felling that you have ooh i am important here, and all thanks to great staff. Me and my wife recommended this place to numerous people already, had our kids go there with there families and friends and they are there as we are writing this review which i hope would be helpful....

“Tremendous views, location, service & cleanliness”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 May 2009

Villa Curic is a family run business located high on the Babin Kuk Penninsula that offered spotless accomodation with a very friendly service that included a choice of breakfasts brought to our apartment. My wife and I chose a two bedroom apartment with a large balcony that offered panoramic views of Uvala Gruz Bay and because of it's location we enjoyed peace and quiet with easy access to amenities although the return walk is up a hill that the very elderly or infirmed may find difficult.

An enormous selection of restaurants, bars and hotels are within a 10 minute walk and a number of bathing areas constructed around the Babin Kuk Penninsula provide quiet sunbathing/swimming as well as offering beautiful walks. Copacabana Beach is a 10 minute walk away that provides cheap hire sunbeds and sunshades as well as a pretty outdoor bar set under a vine gazeebo serving snacks, cold beers and beveredges.

Old Town Dubrovnik is a 15 minute bus ride away and is served by the number 6 bus that runs every 15 minutes and costs £1 each way. The Old Town is an enchanting place with fine architecture, impressive battlements, history, wining and dining and cheap boat trips to various islands and villages dotted along the coast.

We found Croatia and its citizens very friendly and hospitable and the staff at the Villa Curic exemplified this fact. It was an ideal quiet location for us and I would not hesitate strongly recommending it.

The Curic offers pick up to and from the airport at £25 each way.

“Purrfect ffamily fffffuuuuunnnn!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 May 2009

We visited with our young son and we were surprised at the safety, privacy, spacious rooms and what views! We couldn't have asked for more. The service was always available or a phone call away. So much extra attention to hospitality and they even making their own wine!!!! Walk down to the beach which we think is one of the best on the adriatic or go to the promenade FULL of people drinking coffees and ice drinks cuz it's hot at midnight! This is so a rewarding destination and we would come back again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOVED IT! Also it seems that this family style suite hotel is truely unique, we really did not find any other hotels with these features. That's why we will visit again 2010!!!

“Excellent hotel with a personal touch to the service”

A very good standard of accomodation providing a sitting room, and seperate bedroom. Friendly family run property, a generous breakfast is brought to your room when you want it, and there was plenty of choice available.

The hotel is located on the Lapad peninsula which is a 10 minute bus ride from the old town. We found the buses reliable and cheap.

The proprieter provides a taxi service to the airport which is much cheaper than a public taxi. The journey can be made by oublic transport, but is lengthily due to the need to change buses in central Dubrovnik.
