We stayed in this hotel Oct. 10 to 14th and really enjoyed our stay. The view from our room was outstanding, the staff was very helpful - Katie who looked after our room was wonderful! The bus to town was right outside the hotel and came every 15 mins. The room was very comfortable. We spent many "happy hours" on the deck watching the sunset. There are no elevators on we were on the third floor, but it was good exercise for us!) Breakfast buffet was very good. They do need to explain the evening buffet better. We went the first night - didn't know until the bill came how much it would cost. Went elsewhere the next 3 nights (short walk away) because we didn't want the same selection. We didn't know until the last night that the buffet changes daily and they make a discount for hotel residents. (just buffet I think as we got no discount when we ordered from the menus)

We stayed here in september 25th 2011 for a week and would never stay here again. Facillities were lacking and you were directed to other hotels where there was a charge to use their pool. Resturant staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, breakfast was ok if you liked cold food. Evening meal was sparce and luke warm. The only hot food we found was the soup we spent most of the holiday eating out. Terrace bar: after waiting for a long time at the bar we asked why we had not been served and was told by the waitress that we were sitting too far away. The bar at night closed when it suited although it was advertised that it was open untill 12am. There was no entertainment during the course of the holiday dispite it being advertised. Rooms are very basic television held on by black insulated tape, gap that a bird could fly in through from the room to balcolny, there was tape holding the shower rail together and there was mould on the lampshades in the room. Not a bad for £800 pp!!!!

The hotel is on the pebbled beach and has good views if you room faces the sea (bad views otherwise). Some rooms are spacious and pleasant, some of the "garden view" rather poor. Clean. The service level is ok, not overly friendly but acceptable. Breakfast is adequate, there are nice sea-facing terraces for the restaurant, cafe and bar. No lifts, stairs access to hotel ad inside it is without a reap for the luggage or wheelchairs.
