We stayed here in September 2011 for a holiday in Croatia. You simply cannot beat the location of this place. It is literally at the gates of the old city making it really easy to walk to the sites of interest.

Our host was absolutely brilliant and gave us excellent tips on how to beat "rush hour" at the city walls and good restaurant recommendations.

The rooms are clean and spacious. I would recommend this hotel for holiday makers.

We stayed here in September 2011, and we have nothing but good things to say about both the place, and its host, Mr. Srdjan Gizdic. The location is also perfect! (Beach a few meaters one way, Old Town a few metres the other way.) Very clean, big and comfortable rooms, and a great suite!

This property is clean, comfortable, simple and offers good air conditioning, a fantastic view, and is in an ideal location. Situated literally next to the old city walls and across the street from the beach, supermarket and bread store who could want more. Downstairs is a café for your morning beverage of choice and a laundromat is right around the corner. Srdjan is a wonderful, informative, and generous host. If ever in Dubrovnik you should stay here.

The location can't be better, just across the road from the gate to the old city. Fifty metres from the supermarket and bakery, next door to the coffee lounge, taxi rank across the street, laundry two doors down and with a very good Mexican restaurant 100 metres away, it was great. We only had to walk 200 metres every morning for a swim and the double glazed windows helped us sleep well.The building is old but clean and well maintained. The owner,Srdan (Sir John ) is very friendly and helpful and font of knowledge about local services, history, politics and will arrange tours and activities if required. Happily stay there again.
