This is one of the worst 5-star hotels that I've staye, and I am a seasoned traveler that teach hotel management in a U.S. university.
Most of the front office staff were not friendly and helpful at all. I waited for about half an hour to check into my room because my room was not ready when I arrived, but no one was even paying attention to me while I was waiting at the lobby. Then they gave me a room without a shower, without air-conditioning (AC is out of work). I changed the room later.
The hotel has a good location, but the rooms are small and outdated: furnishings and furnitures are so old; carpet is worn out; no coffee maker in the room; TV screen is small. It's really not worth paying 200 euro a night staying in this hotel, when there are so many much cheaper hotels and service apartments around the area that are closer to the old town or inside the old town.
I will not recommend others to stay at this hotel. They need to upgrade their software (service) and hardware (room) in order to deserve their 5-star rating and premium room price.
